Run Club is starting up in time to train for the Legacy Run on April 17th, 2011.

We will be meeting outside the clinic on Wednesdays at 6:30, starting Wednesday the 23rd of March.


BOOT CAMP

WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
- Boot camp is a results driven conditioning program
- It is a full body workout using a combination of: plyometrics, core strengthening, aerobic conditioning and body weight exercises, utilizing the most progressive, innovative, and creative techniques in fitness regiments today

WHEN IS BOOT CAMP?
- To be announced

WHERE IS THE BOOT CAMP?
- The boot camp is conveniently run at the St. Edward Elementary School gymnasium in Markham

WHAT DO I GET?
- 10 sessions of intense fitness training by 3 highly awarded athletes and coaches
- Technical team shirt/hat
- 15 minute nutrition consultations with out team Naturopath
Pre and post Boot Camp body composition assessment
- Weekly motivational emails and preferred pricing on sports nutrition supplements/products
